Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using lendefi, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms are effective from January 1, 2026. lendefi reserves the right to update them at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Permitted Use

You may use lendefi solely for lawful cryptocurrency trading and related activities. Automated scraping, market manipulation, wash trading, or any attempt to exploit protocol vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials and private keys. lendefi does not store private keys and cannot recover lost access to non-custodial wallets.

You must ensure all funds used on lendefi come from legitimate sources. Users in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited by law are responsible for compliance with local regulations.

Intellectual Property

All platform code, interface designs, trademarks, and documentation associated with lendefi are the exclusive intellectual property of lendefi and its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

lendefi provides trading infrastructure on an as-is basis. lendefi is not liable for losses arising from market volatility, smart contract interactions, network congestion, or user error.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lendefi's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to lendefi in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Services

lendefi integrates with third-party blockchain networks, oracle providers, and KYC services. lendefi is not responsible for the uptime, accuracy, or conduct of those third-party systems.

Security Obligations

You agree to enable two-factor authentication on your account and to notify lendefi immediately at security@lendefi.finance if you suspect unauthorized access. lendefi will never request your private key or seed phrase.

Your Rights

You have the right to export your transaction history, close your account, and withdraw all accessible funds at any time. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Changes to Terms

lendefi will notify users of material term changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Minor clarifications may be updated without prior notice. The current version is always available on the lendefi website.
